Return & Refund Policy

At Galactic Glitch Gaming, each product is made to order specifically for you. Because our products are produced on demand, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or if the wrong size or color was ordered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at GalacticGlitchGaming@outlook.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos showing the issue. Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will work with our fulfillment provider to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first. In many cases involving damaged or defective products, a physical return is not required.

Wrong Size or Color / Change of Mind

Because our products are made to order, we generally cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges if you:

• Ordered the wrong size or color
• Changed your mind after the product was produced
• No longer want the item for reasons unrelated to a defect or fulfillment error

Please review product details, available sizes, colors, and your shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Cancellations and Order Changes

Because orders may enter production shortly after being placed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled or changed after it has been submitted.

If you notice a mistake in your order, contact us as soon as possible at GalacticGlitchGaming@outlook.com. We will try to help if production has not yet begun, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund after it has been issued.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where local law provides cancellation, return, refund, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, those rights will apply.
