Thank you for shopping with Galactic Glitch Gaming. Our products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partners. Please review the information below regarding production, shipping, and delivery.

ORDER PROCESSING & PRODUCTION

Because our products are made to order, they require production time before they are shipped.

Most orders are produced and shipped within approximately 2–7 business days after being submitted for production. Production times may vary depending on the product, order size, product availability, production facility, holidays, and periods of high order volume.

Production and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping time begins after production is complete.

Delivery times vary depending on the product, fulfillment location, destination, and shipping method available for the order.

Estimated delivery information may be displayed during checkout when available. Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges are calculated based on factors such as the product, shipping destination, fulfillment provider, and available shipping method.

Your applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

MULTIPLE ITEMS & PACKAGES

Products in the same order may be produced by different fulfillment facilities. Because of this, an order containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Receiving one package does not necessarily mean the remainder of your order is missing.

TRACKING

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier to scan the package and update tracking information.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at GalacticGlitchGaming@outlook.com.

Because made-to-order products may enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been submitted.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping availability depends on the product, fulfillment provider, destination, and applicable carrier restrictions.

International orders may take longer to arrive due to customs processing and international carrier transit times.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law, customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or similar charges assessed by their local authorities.

DELAYS

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Galactic Glitch Gaming is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, severe weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help investigate the shipment.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at GalacticGlitchGaming@outlook.com and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs when applicable.

If tracking indicates that an order may have been lost in transit, please contact us so we can review the shipment and determine the appropriate next steps.
